Pierre Gauthier is a permanent resident of Nassau, The Bahamas and since 1996 has acted as the Managing Director of Prosper International Limited, a vacation property in Nassau. Responsibilities include the day-to-day management of PIL Operations.
He holds an MBA and has decades of experience in the field of international finance and management. His has brought his expertise in a wide range of work, from a consultant with the Canadian Embassy in Paris, to President and CEO of Admiral Management, where he managed assets of $5-billion.

Patrick Rahming & Associates
Architecture Planning and Interior Design
Bahamian born, Patrick A. Rahming has brought a special commitment to the cultural and economic development of the Caribbean. Over the past 30-odd years, his practice has focused on The Bahamas, where his efforts have won several Governor-General’s Awards for Design Excellence. His involvement in the cultural and social life of the region has kept him in close touch with the Caribbean as a whole, and has given him a unique perspective of the needs and opportunities in the region, a perspective that drives his business direction.
This year in Frankfurt, Germany, Mr. Rahming was awarded with the Arch of Europe for Quality and Technology. The award recognizes a commitment to quality in the design and technology fields.
Among the projects, for which his firm has recognized, are the National Insurance Buildings in Freeport and Nassau, the design for two new government hospitals, the renovation of Le Meridien Royal Bahamian Hotel, and most recently, the Atlantis Paradise Island Resort. The firm has also been involved in several planning schemes, primarily involving upscale residential and resort development.

As President, Mr. Herczegh’s mandate is to provide a worldwide manufacturing and distribution network for the M.B.S. System.
Since 1997, Mr. Herczegh has delivered to MBS the following:
- Developed regional distribution of Digigraph Modular System.
- Generated sub-distribution levels in Caribbean, Latin America, Europe and U.S.A.
- Conducted R&D to enhance marketability of the Digigraph Modular System in colder climates.
- Conducted R&D to enhance marketability of the other building materials and technologies being offered by MBS as our TurnKey Housing Solutions.
- Created the Octagon Pods for resort and indigenous people’s worldwide.
- Developed an Executive Management, Support and Marketing Team. Some of which he has worked with for over 20 years. This is an indication of the loyalty and dedication of the MBS Team.
The design foundation of The Porches cottages is based on the Millenium Systems octagon buildings. Using materials tested to withstand hurricanes, it is a building solution that is ideal in The Bahamas, especially for The Porches of Coral Harbour.

The firm was originally founded in Nassau in 1960 and is the oldest practice of Chartered Surveyors in the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, with associated practices in Florida and London. The firm is able to draw upon the worldwide resources of one or more international practices, with regular communication maintained among Nassau, Florida and London offices.
We provide a broad range of consultancy services to private and institutional clients including construction economics (cost estimating, cost planning and construction-cost administration) project management and assistance in the evaluation of commercial property for acquisition.

George Cox and Associates
The firm was started in 1964 by George V. Cox, a chartered civil and structural engineer who has extensive experience working with building owners and design professionals both in The Bahamas and overseas. The company’s mission is to find the most cost effective and appropriate structural solutions for building projects. The firm has successfully worked on numerous building types including commercial, resort, residential, institutional and industrial. The firm has also had considerable experience in civil engineering for industrial and municipal projects including power stations, docks and airports.
The company has expanded its reach in joint ventures with major engineering firms from the United States, United Kingdom and Canada.
The associate firm, COX & SHAL, a joint venture between George V. Cox & Company and SHAL Consulting Engineers of Toronto, Canada, which provides specialist technical services in planning, project management and design of marine structures for ports and marinas.
